NYU remodeled classrooms in the Stern business school. In a strict time frame we were able to perform and install:

  • Demolition

  • Layout

  • Metal framing and soffits

  • Drywall

  • Insulation

  • Spackle and tape

  • 9/16" ceiling grid and tegular tile

  • Wood Blocking

  • Knock down frames

  • Metal doors and hardware

  • Interactive whiteboards

  • Coat hooks

 

 

Sonnier & Castle NYC
​

In one weekend we were able to remodel Sonnier & Castle's reception area and back office. The scope of work included:

  • Demolition

  • Metal framing

  • Drywall

  • Insulation

  • Knock down frame

  • Metal door and hardware

  • Spack and tape

  • 9/16" silhouette bolt slot ceiling and tile

  • Wire reception desk

  • Patch 3/4" oak floor and base

Signature Flight Support
​

Performed a range of carpentry work for Signature Flight Support's temporary office and terminal. The scope of work included:

  • Demolition

  • Layout

  • Heavy and light gauge framing

  • 15/16" Armstrong ceiling and hard ceilings

  • Drywall, Moisture & Mold resistant drywall and cement board

  • Wood blocking

  • Welded door frames

  • Wood doors and hardware
