In one weekend we were able to remodel Sonnier & Castle's reception area and back office. The scope of work included:

Demolished existing windows, framed and drywalled reception area.
Demolished and framed in existing door. Demolished a new door opening, framed and installed a new knock down door frame.
Installed drywall, tape and spackle on opposite side of reception area. Existing bolt slot ceiling was tied into new wall.

Signature Flight Support
Performed a range of carpentry work for Signature Flight Support's temporary office and terminal. The scope of work included:

Finished lobby with new framing, drywall and 2x2 15/16" ceiling. The acoustical ceiling is attached with seismic wiring per NY/NJ Port Authority code.
Tools loaded onto concrete pad that will be built into offices via heavy gauge framing.
